At Moses Creates, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are prepared, customized, printed, or fulfilled specifically after an order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong item
- No longer wanting the product
Please review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized products
- Custom-designed products
- Custom logo or branding orders
- Wholesale orders
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Exceptions may be made for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment begins.
Because many of our products are made or prepared specifically for each order, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production, printing, or shipping has started.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Wholesale and Custom Orders
Wholesale, bulk, and custom-branded orders are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing defect, or fulfillment error.
Please contact us before placing large orders if you have any questions.
